An Introduction to Our Wellness in Community Campaign

Join fellow employees in a campus-wide movement challenge as we kick off our Wellness in Community campaign—designed to support long-term wellness habits, create meaningful connections between employees across academic and health campuses, and add a spark of friendly competition!

🏃 How It Works:

  • Challenge Dates: August 1st to 31st 

  • Tracking Miles: Participants can log walking or running miles only.

  • Daily Limit: A maximum of 20 miles per day will count toward the challenge.

  • Logging Options:

    • Sync your miles through a wearable fitness tracker (e.g., Fitbit, Apple Watch, Garmin, etc.)

    • Or manually enter miles directly into the tracking platform

  • Back Logging: You can upload past miles for up to 3 days after the date of activity

  • Day-by-Day Scoring: Miles will be recorded and counted by the day they were completed, not by upload date.
