Traditions at South
The University is excited to announce that beginning Fall 2025, the newly acquired four-story, 560-bed residence hall will be available for upperclassmen. Conveniently located across the street from the USA Recreation Center and Stanky Field, the Traditions at South residence hall will offer modern apartment-style rooms that will house two, three, or four upperclass students. The apartments feature a shared living room a full-size kitchen, in-unit laundry, and individual private rooms with a personal bathroom for each resident.

General
- New paint throughout
- New flooring throughout

Living Room/Kitchen/Pantry
- New couch and chair
- New coffee table (not seen in images, will be installed in December 2025)

Other Features: All utilities (electricity, garbage services, heat/air, pest control, and water/sewer), and open WiFi provided in the Clubhouse.
*Student must provide their own router to access the provided wireless internet in their room.
Hanging Items on Walls
For this building, residents may ONLY USE small finishing nails, push pins, or picture hooks (up to 20 lbs. size) to hang items on walls. There is a limit of six (6) small holes per resident, per room.
LED strip lighting, screws, glue, ‘3M Command’ hooks or other adhesives are NOT permitted. If you choose to use any of the prohibited decorating materials, you may risk damage charges at move-out. Any wall damage from prohibited decorating methods will be assessed as a damage charge of $250 at minimum. Thus, we strongly discouraged using any prohibited decorating materials.
