Mindful April Bingo (Click Here to Sign Up)
Dates: April 14th to May 2ndThis April, we're inviting you to take part in our "Mindful April" challenge, designed to help you cultivate mindfulness and enhance your overall well-being. Over the course of 15 days, we'll guide you through simple daily activities like meditation, prompts to journal with, and mindful moments, all aimed at reducing stress and promoting a balanced mindset. Complete the tasks, track your progress, and see how small changes can lead to a more mindful, fulfilled life. Plus, you can join in the fun with our Mindful April Bingo – complete a row, column, or even the whole card for a chance to win prizes! Ready to get started? Your journey to a more mindful April starts now.
Program Overview:
- Participants can sign up by clicking here. You will be emailed a bingo card.
- Every weekday, we will post a mindful activity on our Instagram (@usa_jagfitwellness). Previous activities will also be shared via a link with all participants.
- Complete the activities and mark them off on your Bingo card.
Bingo Rules:
- Only activities sent via email should be completed and marked on your card.
- Not all activities will be listed on every Bingo card, so check carefully!
- To call Bingo, email a copy of your marked Bingo card to jagfit@southalabama.edu.
Heart Healthy Bingo
Dates: February 3rd to February 23rd
Theme: Protect Your Heart
Join JagFit for a heart-healthy February! We’re challenging you to focus on nutrition, fitness, and fun activities that keep your heart in great shape.
How to Play:
- Receive your personalized Wellness Bingo card when you sign up.
- Follow @JagFit on Instagram for daily activity “calls” centered around heart health.
- Complete the activity, snap a picture of your tracker or location, and save it for your card.
- Get Bingo? Email us your documentation at JagFit@southalabama.edu to claim your spot as a winner!
Prizes:
The first 10 participants to get Bingo will win a JagFit Limited Edition Sweatshirt!

This is a fantastic opportunity to focus on your well-being, stay active, and have some fun along the way.
Challenge Rules:
- What: Each day, you'll be challenged to complete a trackable activity either in the Student Recreation Center or somewhere on campus.
- How: After completing each task, snap a picture of your tracker, your location, or any other form of proof. Keep this documentation safe.
- Win: Once you get bingo, email us at jagfit@southalabama.edu with all of your task documentation.
- Prizes: The first 10 participants to achieve bingo will receive a limited edition JagFit sweatshirt!
